I'm so happy that MagicMeets.com has the Muppets covered for MouseFest! Make sure to attend Muppet Meets, held on December 7 at 4pm.

We take a look at the Muppets as they've appeared in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade in past years, as well as what to look for this year. I also give a review of the new Fraggle Rock CD yet - I know, took me long enough, lol. Also, there's another great US/UK Fraggle episode comparison, with more footage that you'll enjoy hearing for the first time!

NEW CHRISTMAS CONTEST! I'm so happy that I'm shouting about it! What's up for the prize? How about six (6) Muppet Christmas specials, all rare and unedited, on DVD...along with the 50th anniversary edition of the Muppet Christmas Carol thrown in for good measure? I listened to this last night. Once again I say, I love the Fraggle Rock comparisons! Lol, the idea of a "happy raddish dance" makes me think of one of those flash cartoons, something like the "hampster dance"!

I thought it was odd that the listener who e-mailed you about the benefits of buying the season sets when they have all of the time-life sets mentioned hsving 500 discs. That's not right, unless he had multiple copies of each. As there are only 120 episodes of TMS, 500 discs would be more than enough.

That's true, m_m, it's not 500 discs. In fact it's significantly less.

It's what we in the industry call a "joke". It's a relatively new fad, but even in spite of the writer's strike I think it's catching on.

Lol...just kidding dude. Now go eat some turkey and watch some Muppets!

Hi... To clarify something... Only 15 volumes of the Time-Life Best of The Muppet Show were made, with a total of 45 episodes as each disc contained three apiece. If you were to get all 120 episodes of TMS on three-episode discs it'd take you a total of 40 to get the show's entire run.

BTW: Steve, I asked for the songs from the Thanksgiving episode of Bear in the Big Blue House, still haven't gotten any replies to that request. Hope that's OK.
