STATLER: I don't know but I think I've heard the name Henson before.

WALDORF: Do you didn't.

STATLER: Oh yeah I didn't!

Joe: Kermit have you ever heard of Tom and Jerry or Scooby-Doo

Kermit: Nope, never heard of them

Bill: Well ok then on to the next skit

Statler: Hey Waldorf have you ever seen the funnies

Waldorf: No there way too funny

Statler: Yeah that's why we don't read them

Statler and Waldorf: Hahahahahaha Good one

Bill: Yeah but we gotta run and I mean run as fast as we can

Kermit: Well okay bye

STATLER: Who's Jim Henson?

WALDORF: Maybe he created Sesame Street

STATLER: What about us?

WALDORF: I wouldn't count on it

I'm not a huge Hanna-Barbera fan but their works are great. May they rest in peace along with Jim Henson.
