Basicly Mirc is a chat program that has the ability to send and recieve files depending on what network you use it to connect to. There are hundreds of networks out there, and thousands of channels for any variety of topics.

you can get mirc from mirc.com, or sysreset, which is basicly mirc but modded to have more options at sysreset.com

Then connect to the irc.dejatoons.net server and join the chanel #themuppetarchive
