The Movement Group thing

I remember awhile back I posted about this, but didn't get too much information really. I was wondering if anybody else remembers the one where these children are doing these breathing and movement things with this lady, starting lying on their backs then rolling up and down a few times. Gordon is also there with them, but that's all I remember.

Does anyone have any vidcaps/sound bites/etc. from it? I yearn to see it again, since it fascinated me as a child, and I never figured out why.
