The monster I was refering to was Kermit the Forg (at least listed by Muppet Wiki).

Now, I dunno why, but this monster just cracks me up due to the shape of his head. I find his appearance comical.

Anyone else?.

Yeah he is funny looking.And he's been played by various performers including,Jerry Nelson,Richard Hunt,and Joey Mazzirino.

It seems, design wise, he was the precursor to Narf from Monster Clubhouse.
