Remember this cartoon from the early 80's?

A woman was narrating this story. It showed a cartoon king, who looked exactly like the King of Hearts from that famous deck of cards. He ended up ripping his pants exposing heart shaped underwear. A blue spool of thread said he would help him, but wasn't succesful. Then a needle came and said he would help the king. He ended up poking through the king's pants but wasn't succesful either. The king said, "Little Needle and Little Thread! You're so sharp and so bright and I would appreciate if you two would cooperate." So the needle and thread worked together and sewed up the king's pants and it ended with the needle and thread poking through some cloth making a trail of stitches.
