The King and the Letter P

Hmmmm. I remember an old 'Sesame Street Treasury' story where there was a pirate who stole all things starting with P. He said he wouldn't stop until somebody said the secret P word. Then one boy said 'please.' Then he stopped. I'm sure that's not the same one you're talking about. But it sounded similar to that story so I thought I'd bring it up.
