I wasn't sure which section to put this in; this seemed the most relevant. At any rate, given the long relationship between Henson Associates and HBO in the 80s, I have to wonder how it all started. Thus, would anyone know when and how Henson approached the HBO management to offer his services, and his personal opinion on the merits of pay cable?
