The "I" Nightmare

Guys, a had a SS nightmare that scared me in '99. It was a skit sponsored by the letter I. First we see the "I" being drawn on the gray clay-ish background on the left as the kids' voices off-screen says, "I!" Then, a little insect creates a small "i" as the kids' voices says, "I!" It is in my dream. As I watched SS, it is right after a street segment with Telly and before the Red Hot I!

Was this short "I" segment from my dream shown on Sesame Street?
