On AmusingFactsDaily today it said:

4. The name of the hotel on the popular children's T.V. show
Sesame Street is "The Furry Arms."

Is this right?

Yes, that's correct. Around the time of Season 25 when the show made a big to-do about expanding the current set from the usual span from the Fix-It-Shop to Big Bird's nest on the corner of the sidewalk, they showed us what was found after they turned the corner on their way to the newly constructed playground. Among the buildings, there was a new hotel named the Furry Arms. Its owner is a character named Sheri Netherland, the two characters who ran the errands of the hotel's daily management were Humphrey and Ingrid (known as the parents of Baby Natasha), and there was Benny Rabbit the bellhop who had a twinge of grouch in his interactions with other characters but it usually subsided. Hope this helps and have a good day.
