Hiya,

Nothing to update, nothing to tell of great importance. Just wanted to type a new thread.

Speaking of new threads, I got some kewl summer shirts--hawaiian styled stuff--for my upcoming trip the first week of December. It's a cruise from Carnival, and it's the maiden voyage of a three hour tour starting from New Orleans (or, to speak in the vernacular of the locals: N'awlins), and through the caribbean.

Maybe I'll meet a certain amphibian, huh?

Anyhow, so I've been going to the tanning beds for like 5 minutes, and the one I've been getting in is higher power, so that's like 10 minutes regular time. Well, I went 2 times, and decided to go on in for a full 10 minutes, and guess who's burned?

OUCH!

Even my armpits are stinging...STINGING I SED!! Not 'stinking.'

Though, really, they do that, too.

Also, Dec 27th I get to see my hero, Dan Aykroyd, and Jim Belushi perform at Horseshoe Casino "Bluesville" Stage in Tunica Mississippi as The Blues Brothers, and I've waited to see Dan perform Elwood Blues live since I was a little itty bitty bear cub.

Anyway, I've written to Aykroyd's attention at the casino address and, while I doubt seriously it would happen, I've requested a meeting. At least I told him I'd be there. Nothing will happen, but at least he'll know he'll have a fan there.

Among 2-3000 other fans...

I just read this about where you're going on vacation. I have got to say I'm worried that you may have gotten one of those maladies that everyone else is getting when they take cruises.

When you come back, tell us that you're alright.
