The Count needs help!: Part VI

As you know, I've been looking for descripts of characters to help out the Count.

My first characters:

The Bath Boys. They sang "Let's Go Tubbin'". I don't know whether this was a Muppet skit or not, so could anyone help me please?

Please describe them if they were Muppets.

So Deanmo, if the sketch with the Bath Boys wasn't a Muppet sketch/song, then what was it about?
