The Black and White machines that makes a choo-choo train sound cartoon.

Does anybody remember this weird cartoon insert that aired in the early 90's? It had one black machine, and one white machine. They make different sounds. The black machine had the train bell while the white machine had a train whistle. According to Muppet Wiki, It's on episodes: #2874, #3079, and #3115. Here is the screenshot of the cartoon:
