Both of them were, of course, once played by the same performer, Brian Muehl/Meehl. But then when Brian left, Telly and Grungetta were taken by Marty Robinson and Pam Arciero, respectively.

Now for a real answer to your question.

Yes, they have appeared together. One time that sticks in my mind is during one of Oscar's stories, where Grungetta is a grouch princess who gives a test to Telly, who wishes to join a band of knights. If remember correctly, she sang a silly grouch song, which he had to repeat back.

I'm sure I got the skit details wrong, they did appear together.

Yep. I remember seeing them together quite a few times. I especially liked when she called Telly 'worry-furry!' Lol.

Yeah but Pam Arcerio works Telly's left Arm, and she has since 1984 when she took over the role of Grungetta, so it still is kind of hard to show the 2 of them together.

I always have wondered about that. I have seen sources where Pam Acreio is credited as performing Telly. I didn't know what was up with that. I guess I do know. Lol.

What I think is that they probably use another Muppeteer on hand to operate Telly's right arm. That's just my guess, I could be wrong.

Well they did show David Rudman and Cookie Monster together in an episode in Season 33, and theyr'e both performed by David Rudman.
