Does anyone know of any times that the Swedish Chef's hands were not done by Frank?

I know for a fact that they were not in MTM, because that was Marty Robinson, -BTW he said that they originally hired Kevin Clash to do the hands, but well, yeah, I dont know if thats true, but that's what MPR told me...-
So is there anyother times, besides MTM and some of the more recent movies?

its roumered Jim henson did the hands in the episode where the pigs take over the show

Um..I must confess I don't know anything about Kev's hands, but, isn't he, well at the risk of sounded offencive, the wrong color to do the Chef's hands? Forgive me if anyone take offence here.

I believe that in the 'Sex and Violence' MS pilot, Richard provided the hands.
