Statler and Waldorf in the Muppet Boarding House

In MFS, why are Statler and Waldorf in the boarding house.

They didnt actually work at the Muppet Show, nor did they enjoy the Muppet Show, so why are they living with the Muppets.

Not that i'm complaining as MFS wouldnt be the same without 'em!

I think that :boo: and :sleep: are in it because they where one of the major muppets(the where the kind of muppets that makes The Muppet Show etc... more funnyer that it already on his own was.) in The Muppets Show etc...

Statler & Waldorf didn't hate the Muppets, they LOVED to hate them. There is a difference. If they didn't get to live in the boarding house i'm sure they would have missed heckling them and besides, it's a free dinner every day!
