On this site, I discovered that there was an episode guide to Sesame Street Unpaved Episode #1575 where Mr. Rogers from Mr. Rogers Neighborhood visits, but we only saw the guide of the first half of this episode, and AOL won't let me see the home page of this guide! They kept saying "You do not have a permission on this site."

Phillip, are you officially going to add the SSU guide to our site with pictures from the show? We have all 67 episodes of this show, but Noggin's no longer showing them.

speaking of this and i know i brought this up before but remember when Big Bord was on MRN in 1981? he was only in the Neighborhood of Make Beleive and there was a good reason for that. apparently Mr. Rogers wanted to show the audience that somebody was underneath BB operating him and either spinny or perhaps Henson himself didn't wish for this to happen. so that's why BB or Mr. Spinny himself never appeared on the set, in Rogers TV home. while i understand Rogers wanting to show kids the differences between make believe and reality, i wonder if if he went a little to far in not wanting Spinney on his the TV home segments. now that i think of it i probabky should of started my own post for this 1. what was i thinking of?

Yeah, I read that Carroll Spinney didn't want to destroy the illusion of Big Bird for children and have them think he's not real.

I actually remember that Mr. Roger's episode. It must have come out later than 1981, because I was only born in 1980. Yet I remember this one pretty well. Henrietta Pussycat was worried that Big Bird would like X better than her. Which is understandable, considering cats eat birds. Anyway, Big Bird arrived and got along well with both of them. I can't remember much else though.

Believe it or not, that very episode is still rerun on PBS even to this day. I managed to get it taped.

The only reference to a puppeteer (or anything like that) was Mr. Rogers trying on a giraffe outfit, and telling the viewer that a lot of the big talking animals you see on TV have a person inside them. Then they cut to the Make-Believe stuff.

.....Now what about that guide? :halo:
