Enjoy this Sesame Street season 8 outline.
Scene 1
As the theme fades Sandy Duncan continues singing the theme song. Oscar pops out of his trash can to yell at Sandy for singing the song that everybody jus theard, causing them to have abig argument.

Scene 2
Big Bird invites Sandy to join him in singing the alphabet. She says that she can't, because she doens't know the alphabet. Big Bird teaches her, and they both sing.

Sandy Duncan dances and says "I can dance". The kids show up, dancing, and says that "kids can dance". Big Bird shows up dancing and she says "Birds can dance". Then Oscar comes over and dances (with his legs sticking out of his trash can), and she says "Even grouches can dance".

Big Bird says goodbye to Sandy Duncan, as Oscar announces the sponsors. The ending stills depict Ernie and Bert with the Sesame Street sign, and Mr. Snuffleupagus with the Children's Television Workshop sign.
