Enjoy this Sesame Street outline, which takes place in season 15.

Scene 1
As Bruno holds Oscar's can, Oscar announces that today is National Garbage Day, a day that salutes garbage. Oscar then tells Bruno to lead the other garbage men in a march. [Note: the other garbage men are human characters]

Scene 2
Back in Oscar's regular trash cana rea, Oscar has a grouchketeers meeting, giving a piec eof trash to eahc member (pieces that aren't as rotten as a grouch would like). Telly is a bit sad that Oscar gave him broken rollerskates (which are otherwise too shiny for a grouch), but Luis overhears and offers to fix them. Oscar groans at this.
