Scene 1 (Cold Open)
Sherry Netherland notices that Benny has been sneezing and coughing, and realises that he is sick, so she gives Benny the day off.

Scene 2
With Benny sick, Sherry needs somebody to take Benny's place. Elmo enters the hotel and Sherry offers Elmo a job, but Elmo can't work today He has to see the doctor for a check-up.

Biff stops by the hotel to borrow a jack for his car, and Sherry asks Biff to take over from Benny. Humphrey and Ingrid show Biff how to be a bellhop. Biff manages to memorize how to do the job, but says that he can't take over: He's got to go to his own job.

Humphrey volunteers to take over from Benny, but then somebody needs to take over his job. Ingrid says that she can cover both jobs, but it's her day off, and somebody needs to take care of Natasha. Sherry volunteers to babysit Natasha, but then who will take over as manager?
