Baby Natasha: 1990-present
She's been on the show longer than that. She was in the "20 and Still Counting" special from 1989, so she's at least been on since 1989. She is listed in the Library of Congress Copyright database as having been created in 1985 and registered in 1986, so she's probably at least been on since 1986.

Juliette & Ingrid are the same muppet I believe, but with different personalities. Ingrid is baby Natasha's mother, & Juliette was Telly's sister if I remember correctly. Can anyone confirm this, as my memory just may be a little rusty.

I gotta hand it to you, ssetta, you're truely a Sesame expert. Although, I would like to point out the in 1990, Herry's mom had a part in the video: Monster Hits, in which Herry hosts an acadamy-like award show to the best monster songs from Sesame Street. During the middle of the tape, he presents her with a special award for the most caring monster, and she comes out in a tearful acceptance with Herry, and Elmo, who the whole time trys to find out "illegally" who's the winner.

Here's what I think is the thing with Baby Natasha, and Ingrid. The muppet may have been created in the mid 80s, but she didn't have a name until later.

Natasha had to have a name from the start, or they could not have copyrighted her under that name. Even though the Elmo puppet is much older, (it's listed as being created in 1983) it wasn't registered until early 1986, meaning they officially named him shortly before that. (His first appearance as Elmo was in the 1985 season premiere.) They never copyright a Muppet until they have an official name for it.
