Just to say there are two original Spitting Image puppets on display at the moment (till 3rd September '06) at the Museum of London, as well as some of the original designs for the programme.
Also on display are the museum's full set of Punch and Judy figures (which haven't been displayed for a long time) as well as a smaller set of Punch figures in a different exhibition, along with Lydia Dreams' very interesting vent. head, and (vaguley related to puppetry) Psycho the whist playing automata.
And if you're really interested in Spitting Image there are three heads on display in the window of one of the shops on Jermyn St, SW1, London (can't remember which shop, sorry).
