Something wrong with the post totals

Hey,

There's something wrong with the forum post totals. I just noticed i dropped from 800 to around 760, and Byron, Jamie and others just dropped by quite a few too.

I thought you were on 760's Byron ? Anyway i noticed mine drop, it was definitely 799'ish and then dropped on the rollover to 800.

Uh, Luke, you were never anywhere near 800. LOL I've been keepin' an eye on people today, and you've been in the 730s or so from HOURS ago to 760s now.

Same with me---I started out today in about 720 or so, and now am around 750.

Im not the only one on 2 hour strateches on MC sometimes?

Do the totals really matter? I mean are we winning anything? If so, I want a full set of Muppet Busts!

No but if the post totals would have dropped, it would also have meant that the forum was being archived and the MYSQL table was deleting stuff as the forum size got larger. With some packages like Ikonboard and PHPforum you can archive older posts into html style files to take the pressure off the scripts running the forum.

If this was Toughpigs we would be winning candy, but hmmm it's not and it was just me being blind !
