Some of you may know that i'm a huge One Life to Live fan. There's one character on there named Roxy Balsom that always kind of reminded me of an alchoholic version of Connie Stevens since she made her debut. (The character's gone on to become a largely comic relief character but also does great dramatic work when the storylines call for it as well.)
I was watching the Connie Stevens episode of TMS and just noticed something that i can't believe it's taken me about six years to notice! In 2003, Roxy opened her own hair salon, Foxy Roxy's and right in front of the parlor right when a customer walks in the door is a large mural on the wall of Roxy herself. Well as if Roxy didn't remind me enough of Connie Stevens (and vice versa) it just struck me that the pose Connie strikes at the top of the stairs at the end of Some Enchanted Evening is practically a duplicate of Roxy's pose in that mural - wind blowing through hair and all. I totally died laughing when that finally struck me tonight!
