1) What happens in these sketches?

2) What years were they?

3) Where did they take places at?

4) How are they?

Four questions, please!

Hmmm, not sure but I think this is one of the sketches I was looking for from my memories for the list.
1 To my knowledge, there was only one sketch. It was shown on an episode where the main storyline was Telly conducting a talk show of his own, interviewing Flo Bear who was one of the writers for the soap opera. This sketch was made for the letter V. You'd see the letters flashing by in the upper corner of the screen until they arrived at that sketch/episode's particular letter.
Memory's a bit hazy after that, but it had something to do with a vegetarian vampire bursting into the suburban home to embrace the housewife, and then declare his vexation over vegetables or something like that.
2 Not sure what year it was from.
3 Took place on a soap opera set, at least the part of the sketch that dealt with the soap opera itself.
4 Was good enough to stay lodged in my memory banks till today.
Hope this helps.

Does anybody remember the sketch, "Sounds of Our Lives"? That sounds like another soap opera parody.

I watched it. It featured two AM's: a fat blue AM named Dirk and a light purple AM named Diedre. While Dirk tried to ask Diedre a very important question, sounds occur. These included a dripping faucet, a ticking clock, and a loud train! During the end, Diedre said: "Will you listen to my darling jackhammer outside my house?" That was from 1989.
