So how long do you think until we see Tango meeting Barkley on the show ?

Although he is a new character/pet on the show it makes me wonder how will the show do an eventual meeting between Tango and Barkley ? Would they do it on the show and would it be either live action or animated ?

As fans of the Barkley character/dog what do you think of this ?

I’ve heard the Barkley puppet has broken down and probably won’t be fixed.
So to answer your question, never.

What about an animated appearance. Surely that is a possibility besides live action ?

Unless Barkley returns in animated form, he is considered retired.

That character was in use starting in 1978, and it took at least 20 years for the Muppet to break down possibly due to so much usage and so much wear and tear.
