Yep, it's made it to DVD. My guess is that they've waited to drum-up support for the new film they're making. I was initially upset that the first season is divided in half, but consider the first season has 28 episodes! That's unheard of for modern animated programs, so this makes sense. :wisdom:

There are two discs running 345 minutes and it includes a featurette, music video and supposedly an Easter special (not sure on that one). It's out today February 26, 2008. I am excited. I have missed this program very much. I just hope it holds up to my memories of it from the 80s. I haven't seen it since then!

I can't wait for the movie! You know? I had know idea this franchise was 50 years old. I'm always the last to know these things.:batty:
