Skits with dogs dressed up as people

what are the skits known as that came out in the 90's i think that have dogs (dalimation or lab's ?) dressed up in people's clothes,and someone's real hands are being used.

boy those dogs are sure trained especially when they have to cook something they behave very well,i wonder how many takes are needed to perfect a skit.

anyway does anyone know anymore on these sketches & their known name for these skits ?

these dogs should be recognized for there willpower !

Those dogs are William Wegman's.
