On January 14, episode 2256 of Sesamstrasse is airing on NDR. Here's an info for this episode, even though it's in German only.

Can someone translate this in English?

Ernie feels entirely healthy. Bert doesn't believe him. In an Eskimo village in Alaska a doctor comes with the airplane to the school (for check-ups). The Plonster builds a hospital for his sick friend, and the Count lets birds and elephants dance in his bed.

I think all of them except the Eskimo one are Muppets.

One of the sketches featured is called "Nothing to Count" (1985) sung by The Count with five birds and five flying elephants.
