Special - Elmo’s World: Dance Party

Dust off your dancing shoes and get ready to move and groove! The brand-new family special Elmo’s World: Dance Party! is now streaming on YouTube.
Starring Elmo, Grover, and friends — with a special appearance by Aubrey Plaza as Ms. Noodle — the half-hour special kicks off Sesame Workshop's new effort to help families build healthy habits around nutrition, movement, and sleep.
In the special, Elmo and Grover are getting ready to throw a supersized dance party for all their loveys (and Felix the chicken, too!) when they realize that Elmo only has one dance move prepared! They embark on an adventure throughout Elmo’s World to ask their friends Cookie Monster and his mommy, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird, Abelardo, Chamki, and even Ms. Noodle (Aubrey Plaza) for help! They create new dance moves while learning about healthy habits that fuel their minds and bodies, and even get to check in with real children from all around the world.
The special features Tales from 123, a brand-new segment from the completely reimagined season of Sesame Street. Viewers step inside the most famous apartment building in the world—123 Sesame Street—where hilarity and non-stop fun unfold.
Alongside the special, Sesame Workshop is debuting a suite of free, bilingual resources for parents and caregivers, including a new storybook, printable activity sheets, and articles with simple, practical tips for building routines that last. These resources are designed to make healthy habits joyful and achievable for children and families and are now available at Sesame.org/HealthyHabits.
