I've figured out who Jen Barnhart's Zoe sounds like: Penelope Penguin.

But anyway, the street story was fun enough, but Grover really stole the show with the confidence he had by learning karate simply from watching not one, but two monster karate movies.

Come on, Jen's Zoe is more tolerable than Penelope's voice (I think it was intended to be annoying). Anyway, the street story was very good, and Grover did steal the show. I like how Mr. Noodle painted an impressive picture of him and Elmo in the new EW.
