The street story itself was interesting, but my favorite thing about this episode was the new Smart Cookies. That and the fact this episode seemed to squeeze in a few more inserts than other episodes so far this season - who did the water animation? The art style looks very familiar.

The cold open with Grover was fun. The new Smart Cookies was funny. I liked how Cookie just ate the statue's arm when the woman held it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the bit with Murray playing a mind game with Ovajitta aired before. It was nice. Too bad they couldn't show the whole thing though.
