Episode 2648 - Grouchytown
HBO Max Premiere: Wednesday May 27, 2020
Oscar is driving his Sloppy Jalopy to Grouchytown, and Bob joins him. Luis and Linda try convincing Bob not to go, but he is open-minded and wants to see how grouches live. Oscar explains that Grouchytown is the opposite of Sesame Street. Oscar takes Bob to Worby's Store, which is the opposite of Hooper's Store. Seeing the menu, Bob doesn't want to eat anything at first, but Oscar tells him trying new foods is a part of the Grouchytown experience. Bob actually likes the sardine-blueberry sandwich! Bob meets Nina the Nice, who is the one nice person in the town of grouches. She contrasts Oscar who is the one grouch on a street of kind people. Oscar is tempted to stay until Nina kisses him. Back on Sesame Street, Luis and Linda are surprised to hear of Bob's exciting time in Grouchytown.
