Sesame Street News Flash: Is the "Man in Snowstorm" on DVD?

Does anyone know if the "Man in Snowstorm" Kermit News Flash sketch from 1975 is available commercially on any DVD's (or ever was at some point)?

Unfortunately, only the end of part 3 (when Kermit signs off) has been released commercially on the 1998 video, The Best of Kermit on Sesame Street as part of this montage. Otherwise, there have been no other releases for this sketch.
