I don't think it's a knock-off. I'm pretty sure it's like a mall show. I mean, the songs are all SS ones, the first one in the first video is one from season 34. The unfortunate part is that since they're using the original tracks for the songs, the humans have to try to sing over characters that aren't there (like the "Elmo's Song" part).
