Looking at the wiki page for Sing Yourself Silly, it looks like this collection was put out by Columbia House in 1994. Can’t find anything else beyond that.

I actually just got a tape from this series in the mail today! They are indeed quite rare and hard to come by. I got the one in the picture that's actually listed on the Muppet Wiki, the picture is from the eBay listing.
