What's up with the Grover puppet, it looks like the one from 2003 before he got rebuilt.

Sure, and there are other commercials like this one with other celebrities including, Bob Dylan, Carrie Fisher, Stephen King and Serena Williams.
Love that Big Bird, Grover, and Cookie Monster manage to be huge focus of that add. Really seems that they've turned a corner as soon as they recast Oz's roles. Love seeing Grover and Cookie Monster getting a lot more screen time.
