Nope. If they were planning to cover something up, they could have easilly retouched the photo and revmoved it in a less obvious way. This appears to be some sort of computer glitch or program error.hmmm what if it's a cover up a certain character? Anyone know of any particurly bad or embaressing, or one they dont have the rights to?
