Hey all,

I got an email this week from someone asking about Sesame Park. In particular, I'd like to get some audio of the Katie character (the Muppet girl who was in a wheelchair). Can anyone help me out with this? If anyone could send me some mp3 audio from Sesame Park, particularly something featuring Katie, that I could play on the show I'm posting tomorrow night, that'd be great. You can email it to me@muppetcast.com

Thanks!

is it true that one of my favorite people of all time Red Green was on the Candian version of Sesame Street?

I am pretty sure Red Green was on the show once. I think I have seen publicity photos of him with the Canadian Sesame Muppets.

He was on the show, but for the life of me, I can't remember the year.

I think thta Muppet Wiki has a page for either Red Green or Steve Smith (the actor who played Red Green) for being on Sesame Park. There is a list page that lists various fictional celebrities who have Muppet connections, and I recall Red Green being listed there for his Sesame Park appearance.

If i had to guess I would say it was in 1996. I haven't been able to find any audio clips of Katie.

No, it was 2001, for the season premiere of the series. "Sesame Park" was still "Canada's Sesame Street" back in 1996.

As for Katie, it's *really* doubtful anything's available online. None of Trish's other Muppet characters sound similar, to my knowledge. Tosh Fraggle maybe, but I don't remember the episode to know.

Perhaps her character in Groundling Marsh sounded similar, and perhaps you can find a clip from that.
