Self-Imposed Hiatus is over

In case anyone noticed, I was barely visible these past weeks, and I'll tell you why.

Christmas was very busy; we bought a house in December and are still pulling things together, add the holidays on top of that and you got a degree of chaos that allows little time for forum chats. On January 3, my first day back to work after the holidays my boss and supervisor pulled me aside in the office. After a lengthy discussion, it was told to me that I could either give my two weeks, or they would give me my two weeks. (Either quit or you're fired) Needless to say, I was shocked. We haven't even made our first morgtage payment, we had to pull our daughter out of daycare cuz we could no longer afford it and we had to return appliances that we had just purchased the day before.
So Happy New Year.
Anyway, we have found a way to make lemonade out of these unwanted lemons. I'm in the process of openeing up a home daycare.
