Scooter Puppet Help?

Hey all.
I need some advice. So, I’m planning to build a Scooter replica. I bought the Glorified Sock pattern from Project Puppet. Now, would that work for Scooter? If not, what modifications could be made to it in order to make Scooter’s head?
