Save Our Dorms!

Hey guys, found out that the Fun and Games section of the forum's getting tweaked, and there are a few games currently on the chopping block or endangered species list if you prefer. Among them, is our cherished MC Roommates thread, which I sincerely hope has brought as much mirth and entertainment, as well as brought a small group of us closer together.
*Hands out flyers to passers-by at the college Student Center.
Help us save our dorms! Come on guys, just send your E-mails to Phillip Chapman telling him why the MC Roommates thread should stay once the Fun and Games gates open up once again on 7/6/2004. If enough of you/us show him that we rully care about our beloved dorms, then there might be a good shot it stays in business as well.
*Counting on support from the rest of the boarders at the dorms to help making this happen.

I don't think you will have to worry about the dorms, Count. The most popular threads will be saved if there is a valid reason AND they are muppet related which the dorms are.

Just send Phil an email. That's all it will take. I'm more worried about him deleting my story threads than the Dorms.

Thanks for the support Beauregard, pass the word and pass the flyers to all you see here at the campus. Oh hi, BethC, I sent Phil an E-mail to keep the dorms thread but every little bit and every little E-mail helps the cause that much more. I'm sure your story threads will hopefully be kept too, if they deal with the Muppets as you say. You could gather your stories and take them down to the campus printers and have them published. Or you could also go down to the bookst0ore and have copies made of your stories for all to get at the library's Circulation counter.

You know lightning struck the campus's clock tower a number of years ago? Well, we have to make sure that the dorms' are protected against such a destructive time-strike like that by saving it. Come on Doozers, let's get these flyers to that other corner and hand them out to passers-by.

Hey Count, I sent Phil an e-mail about the dorms a couple days ago, as well as some of the other Muppet-related threads.

Well, I've got Reporter Kermit and the Newsman standing wait outside Dean Phillip Chapman's offices, reaady to give us a late-breaking update on whether or not the dorms will be saved and reopened. Just hope Dean Chapman gives us his blessing soon and we can return to our on-campus homes.

The dorms thread will be saved as multiple people have requested it. It's possible the original though may be closed and we may have someone start a new one like "The Muppet Dorms: The Next Semester" or something fun like that.

Shout it from the rafters to the rooftops, the dorms are saved!
