Sam Eagle appearances in season 5

I think if I remember rightly the character of Sam was almost completely discontinued after season 4.
I can only remember him appearing in two season 5 episodes. Marty Feldman and Chris Langham. Maybe some of the other muppets were starting to get sick and tired of his:attitude:
But if anyone can confirm that Sam appeared in any other season 5 eps it would be much appreciated.

I was also wondering if Sam appeared in any other season 5 episodes besides the Marty Feldman episode. It seems like Sweetums also wasn't in very many episodes from that season (was he in any fifth season episodes other than the marty Feldman and Glenda Jackson episodes?).
