Hi... Sally from the first episode of Sesame Street was portrayed by Holly Robinson-Peeter, real-life daughter of Matt Robinson the actor who portrayed the first Gordon Robinson on the show.

don't know about her playing Sally.
http://members.tripod.com/~hooperfan/Allaboutsesamestreet.html though it mentions her and her brother making an appearance, it doesn't say anything about her playing Sally. Even at her offiical website she doesn't claim to have played the character.
