I got the idea for idea for this thread over at the thread title "What do you think about MTI figures" at the moment we're discussing Piggy variants there (actually i'm disscusing, hope it continues as I hope)

Anyway i know starting with Rowlf is a bit strange, maybe Kermit would have been better, but Rowlf has less variants to choose from so I thought we could test the waters and see how these kind of threads do with a character who won't be seen as much in the line as say Kermit, Foozie or Gonzo

Anyway i'm not sure if i've mentioned the point of this thread, what i'm hoping will happen is that we can discuss different variants for different characters (at the moment Rowlf). Simply write the Movie or show where this variant comes from, then write the variant and then give it a score from 1-10 of how much you'd actually like to see him/her be made. If you wish to list accessories feel free to do so.

(Just a quick note if you'd like to discuss Piggy Variant's it's already going on under the MTI thread)

here goes:

???- Tux Rowlf - Piano, Bust (already available)

TMS- Regualr Rowlf 10/10 (DUH) - Upright Piano, candelabra

TMS- Dr. Bob 10/10 - Either alot of Medical equipment or some equipment plus a wheel chair or stretch or operating table or 1/3 of a playset to contact and make one whole playset?

???- Vacation Rowlf 10/10 - (if Palisades can get away with doing a V Fozzie and V Pepe why not then) Surf Board, Cooler, tropical drinks, tray, dog spray

TMTM- Manhattan Melodies Rowlf 10/10- those dancing sticks, newspaper reading "Somebodies Getting Marries" and maybe a backdrop which they used in the musical (Bus? Wedding Bell?)

that's all I can think of, i havn't seen much of TMS episodes, i've given them all a 10/10.:sympathy:

Tux Rowlf with that incredible Grand Piano is one I am still trying to hunt down (should've bought it the first and only time I saw it!)

Gotta have a regular Rowlf with an upright Piano, yes.

Dr. Bob would rock! One of the three should come with the operating table, the others with some of the operating room's machinery.

Western Rowlf from TMS. He could come with Western Fozzie and his pickle pistols.:embarrassed:

I want Bartender Rowlf with Beer and the exclusive "Take Myself for a walk" leash.

That'd be cool.

This one's kinda weird but i like the costume Rowlf wears on the muppet show during the Jabberwalky sceen.

I'm really just for Reg Rowlf and Dr Bob to make it into this line atleast.

Vacation Rowlf could be cool, with a dog bone shaped surf board!

I'd like to see the whole cast in the Alice in Wonderland costumes. With two Piggy's. One as alice and one as the queen of hearts.

I'd much rather have :flirt: as Alice rather than  taking up two roles, it would look better if you wished to display them all together.

Yet i'd much rather have them in PVC form than Action Figures

Yeah that would look better and give us another Janice :flirt:

Maybe a PVC set would be better. Plus they could be put into cooler poses. And some more recasting could work. Maybe Rizzo as the door mouse.

I think you have something there. Wiggy. However, I would also like normal versions of most of the Muppets in PVC too.

Why would you want normal versions of the muppets in PVC when you have them in action figure form?
