My husband and I just picked up the Rowlf figure this weekend. after we got it home and opened and set up with the other figures, we noticed that his hands were on wrong when compared to the pictures on the packaging and on the palisades web site. It's as if his left hand is on his right arm, and vice versa.
we were wondering if all of the figures were this way, or if this is something we ought to have left in packaging... (HA! fat chance of that happening around here hehehhe)

Welcome to MC!

Mine had hands on right. email Tony at Palisades and see what they can do there...or post in Ask Ken.

Come to think of it, I may not have checked out my Rowlf that well. Hmm...I'll look again tonight.

Laters,
FOZ:embarrassed:

Davina,

I went to "Ask Ken" thread and here's Baby Animal's response:

Also, a new member, Davina, posted that they purchased Rowlf the Dog and opened him and displayed him, then noticed his hands are on backwards. Who does she contact?

I'm wondering if the hands are actually backwards or if they are just turned around. If they're really backwards, I think that would be pretty cool. She should sell it on e-bay as the "Ultra-extremely rare backwards hands Rowlf." That should fetch a pretty penny.

As far as who to contact, I'd say Tony at TEqui@palisadestoys.com He helps with everything else and is quite helpful and responsive.

Davina. All Rowlfs were packaged "palms up". Is this the issue? You can easily twist them palms down. :sympathy: There could have been an error in the manufactuing, but I haven't heard of any Rowlf issues so that seems like the easiest explaination.

Jamie,

Where was the link that showed what each of the points of articulation on the action figures are? Was that here or at Palisades' site?

No. It was online somewhere. I just thought if it was at MC you'd know about it, and it would allow Davina to know what parts of Rowlf move around, as well as other characters.
