Does anybody know which Muppet Show episodes did Righton Bird (the purple one) appear in? Which numbers/sketches/scenes was he in and what did he do?

The ones that I know of are as follows:
#57 Liberace: he sings in "Has Anybody Seen My Bird?" and appears in the goodnights
#68 Sylvester Stallone: he sings in the opening number, "The Hawaiian War Chant".
#72 Cheryl Ladd: he appears in the opening number, "True Love".
#101 James Coburn: he sings and plays the bongos in the UK Spot, "Bird Walk".
