Not to be a downer but I'd say thats more of a coincidence that the two outfits look similar :smirk:

They are still too different to be the same. Look at the colors and striping number

However it would be nice if it was actually a nod to baby Kermit ^_^

I think I'd have to agree with Sgt Floyd- but it is nice if it's a really subtle nod to Baby Kermit on "Muppet Babies" (or "The Muppets Take Manhattan" for that matter)- perhaps the animators were at least unconsciously inspired by it though- since "Muppet Babies" kind of started the whole trend of having baby versions of characters for cartoon shows and so forth.:smile:

looks more like the millions and billions of school uniforms and old school dresses then it does Kermit's outfit, honestly.. would be nice though, but the "sailor suit look" has been around much too long to say it's a Muppet specific reference..
