Here are two questions about the ending to the Golden Book Video version of "Wanted: The Great Cookie Thief. It is viewable here at:

The questions are:
1) Is Cookie Monster supposed to be running away from the town or towards the town? How do you know?
2) Is the sun supposed to be rising or setting? How do you know?

Sorry about the long reply...

1. He was running AWAY from the town, heading for another one.
2. The sun was supposed to be setting as it was apparently afternoon at the start of the story.
