Question about SST Kid in the Healthy Foods Pageant Episode

You know how Sesame Street has had a lot of children on the show in the street stories over the years. Well, in the Healthy Food Pageant episode, there was this one kid in the episode that caught my eye. He was one of the audience members of the pageant. He was the caucasian boy sitting in the front row wearing a blue shirt with stripes. He was sitting between the asian girl and the african american girl and gina was sitting behind him. I'm curious to know if he's one of those kids that is nameless, or do we know what his name is, and did he appear in other street stories, or was that the only time we saw him on the show?
